We have devised a very simple system of payment for our overall service, repair, and restoration work. This system can help both you and us control the cost of your project. On projects of $1,000 or more our payment schedule is as follows: payment in full for all parts estimated for the project at the time the project is approved. For projects up to $5,000, labor will be billed at 1/3 when the project is completed and the Mustang is ready for pickup. For projects over $5,000, the labor will be billed in 1/4 increments. Should the project include a complete repainting of the car, the paint work will be estimated separately with the 1/2 of the cost of the paint work due when the Mustang leaves for the paint shop. The second 1/2 will be due when the Mustang returns from the paint shop. Once your project is underway, billing will follow this schedule. Should we not receive payment within one week of a request, work will cease on your Mustang, and it will go to the back of our project line and be rescheduled when payment is received. In this instance you will either be charged storage at the rate of $6.00 per day for indoor storage if space is available or $4.00 per day for outdoor storage. Interest will accrue at the rate of 1.5% per month on any unpaid balances. The Mustang will remain in our possession until all billings are paid in full. In the event a Mustang must be stored due to lack of payment, we reserve the right to store it at a secure off-site location until payment is received. Please help us and yourself by being prompt with payments.
In addition to cash and checks, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. Final payment must be by cash, or certified check unless other arrangements are agreed to in advance.
