RETURNS
You may return most new, unopened items sold by K.A.R. within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (eg. you received an incorrect item). Items that are opened or returned more than 30 days after delivery cannot be refunded.
SHIPPING
USA - We charge $9.00 minimum OR 9% on your purchase subtotal, whichever is greater, on all order totals not including tax and before any discounts are applied. We ship FedEx Ground. Sometimes items may involve truck freight at an additional cost - we will call and/or email you ASAP if this is the case.
CANADA & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We welcome international orders! We will contact you to verify shipping charges before your order is processed. Please also feel free to call or email us if you have any questions or concerns.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING - If you need expedited shipping, please call us - it's more than likely we can ship your order the same day and have it to you the next morning if you need something right away.
